How does my organization get a website?
Simply send us your logo, colors and any specific ideas you may have, and we’ll build your home page. You can compose anything you want for the text of your home page. Simultaneously, you can explore our online catalogue to choose which products you want to sell on your site. We will work with you every step of the way to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

How does my organization's profit?
Once you have decided on your products, and once the embroidery and/or screen printing designs have been completed, we will give you the price that we would list the items for. You then have the option of increasing that price, the difference being your profit.

How do I keep track of what and how many items are being sold?
With each sale through your team store, you will get an e-mail of the receipt automatically sent to your contact person. This will let you know who made the purchase, what they purchased and the amount of the order. You can therefore keep track of what is selling and how much profit you are due.

When do we get our organizations profit?
We will send you a check for your profit on a monthly basis if there is enough business activity to support this, otherwise, we’ll send you checks quarterly.

What is the cost of building and maintaining my website?
There is NO monetary cost to you. We have 3 levels of websites: Rookie, Veteran, and All-star. Each level has limits of the number of items available and specific time commitments.

What is the difference between Rookie, Veteran and All-star levels?
Our Rookie level gives you up to 15 specific items for your site, and requires a 1 year, exclusive commitment. Our Veteran level gives you up to 30 items and requires a 2 year, exclusive commitment. Finally, our All-Star level gives you unlimited choices of products to offer and requires a 3 year, exclusive commitment.

How long does it take for my customers to receive their orders?
Unless previously agreed to, we will ship orders on the 15th and 30th of each month. This allows us to maximize efficiency while minimizing costs, thereby leaving more room for your organization to build in profit.

Do I have to use a credit card to place an order online?
No. Payments can be made with a credit card or with a check. Orders are taken via the website. Should you decide to pay with check, please print your order page, and send this page with your check made payable to Creative Sports Products to MyTeamMall.com, P.O. Box 1638, Columbia, Maryland 21044. Please note, we cannot process your order until we receive your check.

How is my order shipped?
We ship all orders via UPS ground.

What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us using your order number and we will work with you to make you a satisfied customer.

Can we put names and/or numbers on items?
Yes. Every product, at the time of check out, will offer the option to personalize any way you want. There will be an extra cost involved, however.

What kind of information does MyTeamMall/Your OrganizationName.com collect?
MyTeamMall.com does not require customer login information to access any of our online information. Therefore, no personal information is collected or managed during any online visit that would need to be changed or deleted. At the time of purchase, we do require and collect your name, e-mail address, billing address, ship to address and payment information so we can process and deliver your order. All personal information remains private and safe from any outside parties. All payment transactions are handled securely (covered below).

How does MyTeamMall.com use my information?
When you make an online purchase through a MyTeamMall.com online store, we use your information to process your order. We will send you emails to confirm your order, and we may need to contact you via phone, mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order. In addition, you will be automatically receiving email updates about our products, services, contests, and promotions.
From time to time, we may also send you emails to help us learn more about your shopping preferences. In addition, we may use information about your product interests and purchases to help us improve our site design and your shopping experience. If you make a purchase online or over the phone, we may also send you notices about our products, services, contests and promotions through postal mail.

Does MyTeamMall.com share my information with any other third parties?
Occasionally, we contract with third parties to assist us in maintaining and managing our customer information to fulfill promotions and to communicate with our customers. We do not authorize any of those third parties to make any other use of your information.
In addition, when we team up with another company to offer or provide products, services, contests or promotions, we and the other company may cross-reference our customer databases to identify common customers. When we join with other companies to offer contests and promotions, customers may be asked to provide personal information to participate. This information would be used to notify winners or to fulfill promotional obligations.

How does MyTeamMall.com protect children's privacy?
MyTeamMall.com remains committed to protecting the safety of children when they use the Internet. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a subscriber is under the age of 13 and has signed up without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove any personally identifiable information from our files.

What about links to other Web sites and services?
MyTeamMall.com may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. These Web sites have their own policies regarding privacy, which we recommend reviewing before visiting them. MyTeamMall.com makes stringent efforts to only do business with respected, professional companies. We require same or similar privacy policies, but once a visitor is outside of the MyTeamMall.com web site, we have no responsibility for linked Web sites. Privacy and Security
This is an area that is important to all of us.  We do not give out your information to others.  We use it to send email notifications of new products and upcoming events.  If you would like your name removed from our list, please go to info@myteammall.com and follow the directions.
This Web site can secure your private information using a SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.

What about my bank or Credit Card Company?
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or Credit Card Company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card issuers voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards, as well. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50, MyTeamMall.com will cover the liability imposed on you, up to $50. MyTeamMall.com will cover this amount only if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred at MyTeamMall.com and through no fault of your own.
Remember: If unauthorized use of your credit or debit card does occur, you must notify your card provider, in accordance with the agreement you have with the company.
